Christina Romer: U.S. manufacturing doesn’t need gov’t support

Christina Romer

In the New York Times, Cristina Romer argues against too much Government support for U.S. manufacturing. Ms. Romer’s bio from the NY Times:

Christina D. Romer is an economics professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and was the chairwoman of President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers.

I don’t have any comments on it yet, I just like to post arguments from intelligent, knowledgeable people who have viewpoints differing from my own.
